GUI frontent for CallerX.

This is a CallerX manager with user interface to make it easier to manage blocklists and settings. It shows inbound calls log with blocked call indicator, allows importing numbers from Address book to blacklist/whitelist, manage multiple list, stop/start CallerX daemon, and configure many other aspects such as blocking of unknown numbers, auto-start, etc.
