Capsule 3d is a cross-platform, multi-purpose 3D engine designed to run both on desktop computers and embedded systems. It uses the latest 3D technologies to deliver the best quality and performance achievable on the underlying system. The engine supports a wide range of 3d visualization options and can be tailored for multiple purposes.
As a first use case for the Capsule 3D engine the company has developed a 3D viewer application with the following features:
- Photorealistic real-time 3D model visualization
- Multi-user sessions for distributed group work
- Support for the general purpose Collada 3D file format.
