DiveX is a graphical dive planner for recreational divers, developed by divers to divers. It is fast, fun and easy to use, the dive application you have been looking for.
You can alter dive parameters - depth, diving time and surface time - simply by moving the icons on the screen. DiveX will then automatically calculate effects of nitrogen pressure in your tissues, and update your planned upcoming dives in real time. Calculations on effects of nitrogen pressure in tissues are based on Dr. Albert A. Bühlmann's decompression algorithm, the same algorithm used in dive computers.
DiveX doesn't replace your dive computer, always use your dive computer when diving! But wouldn't you like to know before the actual dive the time you can spend in looking beautiful underwater scenery in certain depth? When it is actually time to come up, your diving computer will alert you. And when you come back to the boat wouldn't it be nice to check the plans made by your Diving Safari host for the next dive and see if they are actually correct? It is only you who knows exactly how long and how deep you were at your last dive and how this affects your next dive. So while moving to the next reef, pick up your mobile phone and with just a few finger moves with DiveX you have your updated plans and your peace of mind.

- Select units between meters or feets, depending on which one you are more familiar with.
- Use DiveX as dive log: Save your daily dives with reef names as pictures to your mobile phone's picture album.
- Easily check the day and time when it is OK to fly again.

I admit it, I dive only on my holidays and I never remember how RDP tables work. After installing this to my N900 I really don't have to. [Rate: 10/10] |
