Enna is a Media Center application. Featuring a simple user interface, Enna is based on the powerful Enlightenment Foundations Libraries (EFL) as for its graphical user interface and GeeXboX libraries as for multimedia playback and information retrieval.
Enna's features:
- Browse and listen to your music files,
- Browse and watch at your videos files,
- Browse and play slideshow with your photos,
- Retrieve informations about your media files on the Internet,
- Build a database of your medias and retrieve information from your music, video ... (such as covers, fan arts, songs lyrics and many much more).
Enna is available for download from its own repository. In order to get it, you need to add the following new repository to the Application manager:
Name: GeeXboX
URL: http://packages.geexbox.org
Distribution: fremantle
Component: main
In case of conflicts or missing packages, you may need to install Enna manually via the X Terminal, typing the following:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install enna

When i tried to install this, in package manager, i get "Conflict with libeina0" and when i do "apt-get install enna", i get dependency issues and finally "Broken Packages".. Any suggestions? [Rate: 7/10] |

this is a nice gui. was not really finger-friendly, but very nice.
i would have graded it much higher at this time if it would have stopped playing the music when i shut it down, rather i had to reboot my device, and that it had a menu box in the top left to make it easier to swap around.
i dont think it is ready yet, but nice for what could be coming of it. [Rate: 6/10] |
