It's all about map and faces. Well, the idea is pretty simple. Just login with your social account and look for people around you in real time. No additional registration is needed. Only public information is displayed. No private information is requested. But you share your current location with anyone in the world, yes.
At the moment login is supported via facebook or vkontakte accounts. Vkontatke (or vk.com) is the most popular Russian social network. You can click on any person on the map and see his/her brief info with a link to full profile which can be viewed in browser.
