Memory scanner, similar to Artmoney, a game cheating program, which can be used to scan memory for address where a desired number (e.g. amount of money, number of lives left) is stored so that you can change it to whatever you like and thus increase the funds or number of lives.
For instance, if you have $5000 dollars in a game, with the game running in the background you can scan the memory for a value of 5000 and change it.
Of course you can also use the scanner for other purposes as well.
