I have opened the X-Terminal & tap this command after sudo gainroot that apt-get install preenv
It Says"could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open(11 resource temporarily unavailable)"
"unable to lock the administration directory(ver/lib/dpkg/) is another process using it"
I want to say that can you help me to get install PreEnv emulator
If I install In Application Manager It Says "Unable To Install Preenv,Application Package Not found"

I did an apt-get install preenv
these are what I was greeted with:

go to X-Terminal, type sudo gainroot (requires rootsh), then go to the game folder inside the /applications/ folder created above and chmod the executable file: chmod +rwx filename
