TcpIpKeyboard is an application to share the keyboard from Windows or Linux Desktop PC, Netbook or Laptop with the N900 handset thru a simple TCP/IP connection. It works at the whole device, including all desktops.
The software consists of two applications. A Sender for your Desktop and a Receiver for your N900.
In some cases you're at home and you have a keyboard directly in front of you at your desk but it's connected to your Desktop and for your N900 it is useless. Now you can use this tool to take advantage of your computer keyboard to type on the N900.
How to use it:
- Open the Receiver application on the N900 and switch to the task you want to use. It works with all applications and even at the Desktop. Close the Receiver Application to cancel the communication.
- As soon as you have the TcpIpKeyboard application at your Desktop PC in the foreground all input from the PC keyboard will be sent to your N9. Switch to a different task to use your Keyboard as usual on your Desktop. Switch back to TcpIpKeyboard to use it again on your Mobile without long winded reconnection.

Although the application shows potential, I am unable to install the desktop component. There is an error in one of the files in the Zip folder. I get the following error:
