well almost perfect: /usr/bin/gupdatedb links to /usr/bin/gnu/updatedb. When run it calls /usr/bin/find wich is a link to busybox not to /usr/bin/gnu/find. /usr/bin/gfind is. I changed updatedb but you might just link /usr/bin/find to /usr/bin/gnu/find [Rate: 9/10] |

in combination with gnu-find works like a charm. download findutils-gnu, change link to the right find (rm /usr/bin/find; ln -s /usr/bin/gnu/find /usr/bin/find). Link updatedb and locate for easy execution to bindir (ln -s /usr/bin/gnu/update /usr/bin/update; ln -s /usr/bin/gnu/locate /usr/bin/locate) Run 'updatedb' and 'locate' your file(s) [Rate: 10/10] |

I've installed it and as used from linux first started updatedb. Unfortunately I've got following message: "find: unrecognized: -fstype". No idea what should I do. [No rate] |
