Light meter for the N900. Uses the built-in light meter of the N900 and displays the current light value on the desktop as a semi-transparent, composite drawn value. When you tap the widget, it switches between Lux and EV (Exposure Value) units. EV is assumed to be for ISO 100 and perhaps is usable for photography. Requires Qt 4.6 for Maemo 5 to work properly.

It works fine, I installed it a few weeks ago and don't see any significant difference in battery life, maybe it switches off with the screen or just isn't a drain on the battery. The value displayed is in absolute terms questionable but in relative sense useful. [Rate: 7/10] |
