A single desktop widget to issue a lot of TV shutdown IR commands. You can choose your preferred region in the settings dialog.

What it does is simply trying to shut down any TV the "brute force" way, i.e. by sending a lot of IR shutdown codes, so chances are that one of them will work with your TV.
